Full Planning
We understand that life can be hectic and you can’t always put it on hold to plan something as epic as a wedding. This is where we come in. With full-service planning, you can be as involved as you want to or let us take the reins. We will provide guidance through every aspect of your big day to create a custom plan that is a reflection of you. All you need to do is show up and say
“I DO”!
This package includes, but is not limited to, the following services:
- Initial consultation to discuss vision and design inspiration
- Financial management and budgeting
- Venue selection and site inspections
- Vendor selection such as floral, décor, rentals, transportation, catering, etc.
- Vendor communication and coordination
- Review and negotiate all vendor contracts
- Assist in menu and bar creation
- Unlimited telephone and email communication throughout the planning
- Full development of the theme
- Timeline and checklist creation
- One hour supervision of wedding ceremony rehearsal one week before your wedding day
- Supervision and assistance with ceremony and reception décor set up
- Guest concierge
- Minimum of 10 hours on site
Partial Planning
This package is for the couple that thrives in the details but needs some direction in the planning process. You’ve already done a lot of the leg work and just need some assistance to fill in the blanks. This is a highly flexible package and allows you to be involved in your own planning. Just tell us what you need!
This package includes, but is not limited to, the following services:
- Reception and/or Ceremony Decor concepts
- Vendor sourcing
- Floor-plan / Layout design
- Site inspections
- Supervision of wedding ceremony rehearsal
- Supervision and assistance with ceremony and reception décor set up
- Guest concierge
- One hour rehearsal a week before your wedding day.
- Minimum of 10 hours on site

Month of Coordination
You’ve done all the planning (congratulations!) and now you just need someone to take your amazing plan and bring it to life. Month of Coordination (also referred to as Day of Coordination) will begin at least 4-6 weeks from your wedding day and includes the following services:
- One final meeting 4-6 weeks before the big day where you get to take off your planning hat and put on your party hat. We’ll take it from here
- Communication, confirmation, and contact for all vendors one week prior.
- The Big Day—keep everyone on schedule, vendor contact, simple decor set up – place cards, wedding favours, seating chart, guest book, etc.
- One hour rehearsal a week before your wedding day
- Minimum of 10 hours on site

Micro Weddings & Elopements
Micro weddings and elopements are nothing new but only since the Pandemic have they become increasingly popular. Perhaps you are overwhelmed with all the options out there and just want someone to put it together for you. Intimate weddings can be an extraordinary personal experience. Jewel Events has adapted to this need to create beautiful outdoor celebrations that provide many of the traditional amenities you would have found in pre-pandemic days. As long as participants cooperate and follow the appropriate CDC guidelines, you can still achieve a meaningful and fun wedding or event! Contact us to discuss the options!
Virtual Weddings & Events
A virtual or hybrid wedding, even if it’s a temporary placeholder for the real thing, is a wonderful alternative to cancelling or postponing. It can be especially beneficial for couples who have older family members who want to witness their nuptials. This pandemic has turned Zoom into an essential means of communication for any group wishing to share their celebration with a larger audience. Jewel Events will manage your Zoom Room and make sure even Grandma can tune in! Jewel Events will even handle securing and sending your guests gifts and/or catered boxes so they feel a sense of inclusion. You can still have a chic and memorable event with all your special friends and family and still make it count.
